Our main service is the provision of replacement care at home, to give Carers time to themselves and a break away from their caring responsibilities.
Following a detailed discussion with Carers and their families, an agreed support service can be put in place to give Carers the emotional and practical support they need to allow them to continue to care for a relative or friend at home.
Our Carer Support Workers are able to care for people with a wide variety of care needs and are trained to deliver individual care plans, which are developed together with Carers and the people they care for. We make every effort to match Carer Support Workers to individual preferences and, wherever possible, will continue to support the same families week after week to create trust, ensure continuity and minimise disruption to the lives of Carers and the people they care for.
We accept referrals from Social Services, Health and Third Sector organisations, as well as families, friends and carers themselves. Our services can also be purchased privately or with Direct Payments.
