Crossroads Mid & West Wales works to support unpaid carers throughout Ceredigion, Pembrokeshire and Powys. The organisation was formed in 2008 following an amalgamation of four local schemes which had been established since 1992.

Our registered office is in Brecon, Powys and our services are co-ordinated by care teams based in Aberystwyth, Brecon and Haverfordwest. We provide a wide range of care services tailored to individual needs, to people of all ages and whatever health condition. Services can be home based or we can support people with care needs in activities outside the home.

Respite Care

Our main service is the provision of replacement care at home, to give Carers time to themselves and a break away from their caring responsibilities.
